30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order,or not in love etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved.
Due to the intimate nature of sex toys, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. The tamper seal must be intact and unbroken on the external sleeve of the box and our products unused. Please contact at email@example.com for any concerns and questions you may have.
Jazztoy reserves the right to refuse any return request, if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.

Return&Exchange Service Procedure:
1.Please contact Jazztoy support with your order number and the reasons of return.
2.Once we received your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue with 24 hours
(48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from us prior to chasing us up as it might have gone into this
folder. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service representative.
We will answer your request of return within 48 hours. And then refunds will be paid within 24 hours after the request of return has been approved by Jazztoy.com.
