After the order is generated, how to deal with it?

Once the order is generated, Jazztoy will send you an order confirmation email. This shows that we have received the order and payment. We will immediately confirm the product test with the warehouse management staff and prepare for shipment (the product can be shipped as soon as there is sufficient inventory). Brand-new products must be tested and 100% completed before they are delivered to the logistics company. In rare rare cases, if the inventory is insufficient or unavailable and the product is defective, we will contact you immediately to inform the situation, and according to your own wishes, decide whether to continue to wait for the product to be put on the shelf or to refund, we Personal choice will be fully respected.


Under normal circumstances, the order will be submitted within 1-3 working days for arranging delivery. If the product shows a pre-order in your country/region, your order will be pre-ordered. Pre-orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed.

All orders within the region will receive free delivery service. Orders are generally issued by the designated cooperative logistics company by default. If other logistics companies are required, additional transportation fees will be charged.

Incorrect order information

After the order is generated, you can modify the order delivery address or change other information of the order at any time before the package is sent out. Your order appears to have been delivered, but you did not receive it

If your waybill number shows that it has been delivered on the transportation company’s website, but you don’t, please do the following:

If the package is not found, please call the transportation company as soon as possible to report the loss of the package, provide the order certificate and the tracking code of the logistics carrier, and confirm that the package is missing, so that the package can be investigated as soon as possible.

Orders in specific regions will receive free delivery services. All orders will be shipped from China to the United States, Canada, Mexico.

30-Day Exchange & Return Policy

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order,or not in love etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved.

Due to the intimate nature of sex toys, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
